A wide-grinning moon hangs over a laughing sun, with two ribbons of smoke curling between them, on this Soul Eater round rug. The whole piece is laid out for the circle: one central medallion, a ring of small icons around it, and a border of tiny faces that runs the full edge.
Circles soften a square room in a way rectangles never manage. Tuck this one under a desk chair and the medallion sits right where your eyes land when you push back from the screen. Beside a bed, the outer border catches the lamplight.
The Design: Gold on Midnight Plum
This one reads like a hand-painted tarot card rather than a poster. Ink outlines, watercolor bleed and fine gold filigree vines wrap every symbol, so the surface feels aged and a little haunted. The palette is deep plum and near-black, lit by warm orange sun rays, buttery moon yellow and flashes of icy blue. Cream and lavender smoke trails drift down either side of the center, each one scattered with gold stars.
Look closer and the inner ring keeps rewarding you: pale skull masks, curved scythe blades, tall candles, castle silhouettes under arched windows and small blue soul flames repeat around the circle.
