My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

In Detail
Product Description
This Totoro desk mat captures one of the most iconic and heartwarming moments from My Neighbor Totoro, with the lovable forest spirit sitting alongside friends under the shade of a great tree. The design is filled with color and life: Totoro’s round figure balances on the branch, while Mei and Satsuki relax nearby, enjoying a simple picnic and a peaceful afternoon. The bright blue sky, lush greenery, and playful charm of the scene make the mat feel like a window into the gentle magic of Studio Ghibli’s world. As both a mouse pad and extended desk mat, it turns your workspace into a place of comfort and imagination.
Practicality enhances the beauty of this piece. Its extended surface provides room for both your keyboard and mouse, giving your desk a clean and organized look. The smooth fabric texture allows your mouse to move with precision and ease, making it ideal for both gaming and work. With a 3mm thickness, the mat offers balanced cushioning for long hours of use, while the non-slip base keeps it steady no matter how active your sessions get. It’s a desk mat that feels just as reliable as it looks charming.
What makes this design stand out is the way it blends nostalgia with serenity. Rather than action or drama, it celebrates the small joys—sitting together, fishing, and enjoying the beauty of nature. The vibrant greens and blues create a calming atmosphere, while Totoro’s presence adds a sense of whimsy and warmth. It’s a mat that appeals not just to fans of the film, but to anyone who values peace and imagination in their space.
For Studio Ghibli fans, this mouse pad is more than an accessory—it’s a memory captured in art. It reminds you of the timeless charm of Totoro and the simple pleasures of childhood, while also serving as a functional upgrade for your desk. Every time you sit down, the forest picnic scene greets you with warmth, encouraging you to pause, breathe, and find joy in the moment.
