Product Description
Urshifu plants its feet on top of an old wooden water tower in a driving rainstorm, fists raised in a Rapid Strike stance as bursts of indigo water splash from its knuckles. This Pokemon poster turns the Galar kung fu master into a lone figure training above the mountains, painted in slate, pine green and ink blue on aged paper with a red cartouche at the upper right. Each copy is made to order.
Disciplined and dynamic, it makes ideal gaming room decor and suits a home gym, dojo or training corner.
The Artwork: Training in the Rain
Fine blue and white rain lines stream diagonally through the whole composition. Dark scroll clouds curl overhead in thick ink. The water tower is drawn plank by plank, with iron hoops, a conical roof and a cross-braced timber stand. Gnarled pines frame both sides, and misty green mountains fade into the distance. Urshifu's grey and white fur is brushed in quick strokes, and the water around its fists is painted as loose indigo splatters, like spilled ink. Among the fighters in this collection, this is the most rain-soaked and determined.
