My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our custom area rugs.
Not at all! Both our Standard and Premium rugs feature anti-slip backing that grips securely on any surface. The Standard has faux leather backing, while the Premium uses natural cotton—both designed to stay put on hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet.
Yes! Our rugs are hand-washable with cold water and mild detergent. For best results, gently spot clean with a damp cloth for small messes. Air dry flat—avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality and backing integrity.
Nope! We use advanced HD sublimation printing technology that bonds the ink directly into the fibers. Your design stays vibrant and won't crack, peel, or fade with regular use. It's also UV-resistant to handle everyday light exposure.
Great news—our rugs work beautifully on virtually any floor type! Hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, concrete, even low-pile carpet. The non-slip backing keeps everything secure without scratching or damaging your floors.
The main difference is in the surface texture. Standard Level features a shiny velvet fabric on top—smooth, lustrous, and perfect for showcasing vibrant prints. Premium Level has a soft plush surface that feels incredibly cozy underfoot. Both have the same quality backing and durability, it's all about your texture preference!
We ship worldwide! Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days and delivered in 5-12 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info via email so you can follow your rug's journey.
In Detail
Product Description
A gold Medusa head sits at the center of this Hypebeast round rug, ringed by a laurel wreath and a tight Greek key band on deep royal blue. Everything is laid out for the circle: amphorae, fluted columns, lyres and acanthus scrolls radiate outward to a double border with a small rosette at each quarter point.
Circles change how a floor feels. This one softens a square room and gives a bedroom a clear focal point. Under a desk chair it doubles as a chair mat with a pattern worth looking at. Because the design is fully symmetrical, it reads correctly from the door, the bed and the desk alike.
The Design: Gold on Sapphire Blue
The artwork borrows from classical Greece and layers Baroque scrollwork over it. The Medusa medallion is the anchor, with tousled curls and a calm face drawn in fine gold linework that reads almost like relief carving. Around her, an amphora marks each compass point, pillars stand guard beside them, and small lyres in laurel rings sit on the diagonals.
The palette has just two voices. Warm metallic gold carries every motif, and saturated sapphire blue fills the field, so the contrast stays sharp from across the room. A cream-gold beaded ring in the border keeps the edge from feeling heavy. Anyone drawn to this Greek key look will find more Versace rugs cut from the same cloth.
Medusa on the Floor
The surface is a soft plush low-pile that feels good underfoot and keeps the fine gold detail crisp. A non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors, so the rug stays put under a swivel chair or beside a bed. The print is dye-sublimation, which sets the colors into the fibers instead of leaving them on top. When it needs a refresh, the rug is machine washable on a gentle cold cycle, then air-dried.
Placed beside the bed as a bedroom rug, it adds a deep color block against pale walls. As a round area rug it also holds its own in a study or entryway. Dark wood, black furniture and white walls all suit the blue and gold.
Sizes & Rug Level
Six diameters are available, from 80 cm (31.5″) to 180 cm (70.9″): 80, 100, 120, 140, 160 and 180 cm. The 80 and 100 cm sizes suit the space under a desk chair or beside a bed, and work as an accent rug where the medallion alone is the point. At 120 and 140 cm the full border ring shows in a reading nook or dressing corner. Go to 160 or 180 cm to make it the center of a seating area, where the Greek key band can frame a coffee table.
- Standart Level: solid everyday quality for daily use.
- Premium Level: thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing.
Quick Questions
Is it machine washable?
Yes. Wash it on a gentle cold cycle and air-dry it, and the gold stays bright because the dye is set into the fibers.
Does it slip on hard floors?
No. The rubber backing grips wood, tile and laminate, so the Medusa medallion stays centered under your chair.
Can I put it over carpet?
Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet. Choose one of the larger sizes there so the border has room to show.
Which size should I choose?
Pick 100 cm for a desk chair, 120 to 140 cm for a nook, and 160 to 180 cm for a seating area. The border is part of the art, so leave enough floor around it to see the full ring.
