Wooper sits in the middle of a still pond with its small flat smile, and this Pokemon round rug lays the whole scene out for the circle. A scalloped teal frame holds the little water-type among drifting bubbles, then cream panels of green vines, lily pads, cattails and falling droplets repeat outward to a deep blue border of ripples.
