Product Description
This Pokemon round rug places Dragapult at the exact center of a teal and gold medallion, its pink horn-wings spread wide and its amber eyes glaring out from a dark gray head. Crescent moons, falling stars and curls of pale ghost smoke fill the inner ring, and the artwork is laid out for the circle, so every border repeats evenly all the way around.
A circle behaves differently on the floor than a rectangle. It softens the hard corners of a square room, sits neatly under a desk chair and gives a reading nook a clear center. Because the layout is radial, it looks right from whichever side you walk up to it.
The Design: Ghost Dragon Medallion
Dragapult is the whole story here, but the frame around it does a lot of the talking. Two rings of gold filigree, dotted beads and arched corner motifs wrap the center, while fish-scale patches in deep green nod to the dragon half of its typing. Small pale flames sit between the scales like spirit lights. The palette stays cool, with midnight blue, sea green and soft aqua, warmed by antique gold and one hot accent in the pink of the wings. Hollow triangular ports on each wing and the red chevrons on the chest are drawn with real care. It reads like a tiled palace floor that happens to hold a ghost.
