My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

In Detail
Product Description
This Evangelion Great Wave mouse pad reimagines Hokusai's famous print as a showdown: an Angel rises from the churning sea on one side while EVA Unit-01 holds its ground at the shoreline on the other. As an Evangelion Great Wave desk mat, the scene has space for every detail, from waves crashing around the Eva's feet to ships splintering in the swell beneath a sky burning gold.
It is a natural fit for anyone who loves both classic Japanese woodblock art and mecha anime, and for collectors who want a piece that sparks conversation. The traditional wave lines give it a calm, graphic quality, even though the subject is pure conflict.
Ukiyo-e meets mecha on an Evangelion Great Wave mouse pad
Evangelion has always mixed the ancient and the futuristic, borrowing symbols and myths to frame its battles with mysterious Angels. Recasting that struggle in the style of an Edo-period print feels surprisingly right. The ocean becomes the stage, the Angel looks like a force of nature, and Unit-01 turns into a lone guardian on the coast. Fans of the series will recognize the stakes, while art lovers will spot the homage at a glance.
Pick a size for your Evangelion Great Wave desk mat
- S (11.8″ × 15.7″): just the mouse, right next to a laptop.
- XL (15.7″ × 35.4″): the classic keyboard-plus-mouse layout.
- XXXXL (23.6″ × 47.2″): the widest desk mat, so the full wave stays visible.
- Chair mat (L, 47.2″ × 70.9″): large floor coverage beneath a desk chair.
What you get underneath the art
Micro-woven polyester cloth makes up the surface, so the glide stays smooth for optical and laser mice alike. The underside is 3 mm natural rubber that resists slipping. Precision stitching seals the border against fraying, and the HD print is made to resist fading, keeping the gold sky bright.
Faint marks lift away with a damp cloth. For bigger cleanups, choose a gentle machine wash, cold or lukewarm, with a mild detergent, then let the mat dry flat in the air. Avoid bleach and the tumble dryer, and keep the iron off the printed face. It is made to order, produced in 1–3 business days and delivered in 2–5 business days.
