Hazmat Keycard Round Rug - Rust Chair Mat

A lone survivor in a mustard-yellow hazmat suit stands dead center, detector in hand, with a satellite dish and a rocket gantry rising behind him against a pale parchment sky. This Rust round rug lays the whole scene out for the circle: gold rings close around the figure, a ring of gas masks, barrels, dishes and rockets follows, and a border of radiation signs and red, green and blue keycards finishes the edge.

Circles do things rectangles cannot. This one softens the corners of a boxy room, and under a swivel chair it works as a chair mat that frames your whole setup like a target ring. The pattern has no up or down, so it reads correctly from every side of the desk.

The Design: Hazard Signs, Ornate Frame

Picture a monument run drawn as an old ornamental tile. Dark scrollwork and gold leaf curl around the middle ring, and the suit is the loudest note in the piece, a saturated yellow against charcoal and cream. Rust-orange barrels warm the palette and tie it to the game's name. The keycards along the border add small hits of red, green and blue, a quiet nod to the color-coded access tiers players know by heart. Rockets, dishes and gas masks repeat at even intervals, which keeps the pattern calm even though there is a lot going on. Fans who like this look can browse other designs in the Rust rug collection and build out a matching corner.

Hazmat on the Floor

The rug is cut in a true circle with a soft plush low-pile surface that feels good under bare feet and socks. A non-slip rubber backing grips wood, tile and laminate, so the rug stays put when you shove back from the desk. It is machine washable on a gentle cold cycle, then air-dried, which matters for a spot that collects snack crumbs and spilled drinks. The print is dye-sublimation, so the colors are set into the fibers rather than sitting on top. Each rug is made to order. The smaller sizes work as an accent rug beside a bed or a shelf of collectibles. Go bigger and it becomes a round area rug for a den. As a gaming room rug, the yellow suit gives the floor a focal point without needing posters to match.

Sizes & Rug Level

Six diameters are available, from 80 cm (31.5″) up to 180 cm (70.9″): 80, 100, 120, 140, 160 and 180 cm. The 80 and 100 cm sizes fit under a desk chair or beside a bed. Choose 120 or 140 cm for a reading nook or a console corner, where the full ring of icons stays visible. At 160 and 180 cm the rug anchors a seating area, and the suited figure ends up right at the center of the room.

Two levels are offered. Standart Level is solid everyday quality. Premium Level has a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing.

Quick Questions

Is it machine washable?

Yes. Wash it on a gentle cold cycle and let it air-dry; the print is set into the fibers, so the yellow suit keeps its color.

Does it slip on hard floors?

No, the rubber backing grips hardwood, tile and laminate. A swivel chair glides over the surface without pushing the rug around.

Can I put it over carpet?

Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet. That is handy when your desk sits on a carpeted bedroom floor.

Which size should I choose?

Pick 100 cm for a desk chair, 140 cm if you want the whole ring of masks and rockets visible in a nook, and 180 cm for a room centerpiece.
