Okabe stands at the center of this Steins Gate round rug, one hand pressed over his face and a flip phone at his ear, caught mid-call as the world line starts to shift. The artwork is laid out for the circle: a parchment medallion at the heart, then a ring of clocks, gears and old handsets that follows the edge all the way around.
A circle changes how a room feels. Tucked under a desk chair it gives a workstation a clear boundary, and beside a bed or in front of an armchair it turns a bare patch of floor into a small lab of its own.
The Design: Gilded Time Medallion
The palette is ivory parchment in the middle and marbled black outside, with antique gold tracing every line. Okabe wears his white lab coat over a dark shirt, and thin gold rings orbit behind him like an atom diagram, with clock hands pointing out from the center. Around the medallion, ornate gold-leaf scrollwork frames the small details fans will spot at once: a microwave, a pair of bananas, a hanging lab coat, crescent moons, gear wheels and branching circuit trees.
