My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our custom area rugs.
Not at all! Both our Standard and Premium rugs feature anti-slip backing that grips securely on any surface. The Standard has faux leather backing, while the Premium uses natural cotton—both designed to stay put on hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet.
Yes! Our rugs are hand-washable with cold water and mild detergent. For best results, gently spot clean with a damp cloth for small messes. Air dry flat—avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality and backing integrity.
Nope! We use advanced HD sublimation printing technology that bonds the ink directly into the fibers. Your design stays vibrant and won't crack, peel, or fade with regular use. It's also UV-resistant to handle everyday light exposure.
Great news—our rugs work beautifully on virtually any floor type! Hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, concrete, even low-pile carpet. The non-slip backing keeps everything secure without scratching or damaging your floors.
The main difference is in the surface texture. Standard Level features a shiny velvet fabric on top—smooth, lustrous, and perfect for showcasing vibrant prints. Premium Level has a soft plush surface that feels incredibly cozy underfoot. Both have the same quality backing and durability, it's all about your texture preference!
We ship worldwide! Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days and delivered in 5-12 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info via email so you can follow your rug's journey.
In Detail
Product Description
This Hypebeast round rug puts a gold Medusa head dead center on a black disc, then circles it with bands of Greek key in gold, black and white. Every ring is laid out for the circle, so the pattern closes on itself with no corner to cut it off.
A round shape does something a rectangle can't, because it softens a square room. Slide it under a desk and it works as a chair mat that actually looks like part of the decor. Set it beside a bed and the medallion reads like a gold coin on the floor. Bold, but tidy.
The Design: Greek Key Rings
The artwork is built from concentric bands that work outward from the Medusa. A tight ring of tiny Greek key hugs the face, followed by a dotted border, a wide gold meander, a crisp black-and-white band, and finally a heavy gold edge with a thin black outline. Gold leads, black grounds it, and white gives the middle a flash of contrast. Look closely at the face and you will find wavy hair, calm eyes and snakes curling under the chin. If you like this treatment, browse other Versace rugs in the shop for different takes on the same motif. It is a pattern-first piece, closer to a tiled palace floor than a poster, and that is what sets it apart from the character rugs around it.
Versace Medusa on the Floor
The rug is cut in a clean circle with a soft plush low-pile surface that feels smooth underfoot. A non-slip rubber backing grips hardwood, tile and laminate, so the medallion stays exactly where you centered it. The dye-sublimation print sets the colors into the fibers, which keeps the gold bright and the black deep. When it needs a refresh, it is machine washable on a gentle cold cycle, then air-dry. Use it as a bedroom rug, a landing spot in a hallway, or the anchor in front of a dressing table.
Sizes & Rug Level
Six diameters are available, from 80 cm (31.5″) up to 180 cm (70.9″), with 100, 120, 140 and 160 cm in between. The 80 and 100 cm sizes suit a spot under a desk chair or beside a bed, where the smaller sizes act as an accent rug. At 120 to 140 cm the rug fills a dressing nook or entryway with every ring still visible. Go to 160 or 180 cm and it becomes a round area rug that anchors a whole seating area.
Two levels are offered. Standart Level is solid everyday quality. Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing.
Quick Questions
Is it machine washable?
Yes. Use a gentle cold cycle and air-dry it, and the gold and black stay sharp because the print is set into the fibers.
Does it slip on hard floors?
No. The rubber backing grips hardwood, tile and laminate, which matters for a medallion you want to stay centered.
Can I put it over carpet?
Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet, and the dense Greek key border keeps its outline crisp on top.
Which size should I choose?
Pick 80 to 100 cm for a desk or bedside, 120 to 140 cm for a nook, and 160 to 180 cm when the Medusa should sit at the center of the room. Larger sizes show more of the rings.
