Harry Potter Mouse Pads

A Harry Potter mouse pad turns an ordinary desk into a small corner of the wizarding world, whether you use it for homework, office work or late-night gaming. This collection brings together more than twenty original fan-inspired designs: maps of Hogwarts and the Marauder's Map, the castle at different times of day, the Hogwarts Express, a Quidditch match, the Dark Mark and a whole set of symbol patterns. Every piece is made to order in the size you choose, from a small mouse pad for a backpack to a full desk mat that covers your whole workspace, and the same artwork also comes as a chair mat.

All of the designs share one build: a smooth cloth top, precision-stitched edges that resist fraying and a non-slip natural rubber base that keeps the mat in place. Below you will find the designs grouped by theme, a size guide, notes on the surface and simple care and shipping details.

Harry Potter Mouse Pad Designs in the Collection

The collection covers the castle, the journey there, the battles and the little symbols every fan recognizes. Because it has twenty-three designs, we can walk you through each group in turn.

Maps of Hogwarts and the Marauder's Map

Maps are one of the strongest themes in the range, and they make a lot of sense on a desk mat: a wide, detailed layout fills the surface edge to edge, and your keyboard never hides the whole picture. The Marauder's Map design is inspired by the famous magical map of the school, a favorite for anyone who ever wished they could see every secret passage in the castle.

Two further designs share the Hogwarts Map name, and a third is called simply Harry Potter Map. They are separate artworks rather than three versions of the same image, so compare the product photos to find the style you prefer. If you are searching for a Hogwarts map mouse pad, this is where to look, and a large XXL or XXXL size shows off the most detail.

Hogwarts Castle, Crest and Houses

The castle itself appears in several moods. The Hogwarts Castle design is a classic view of the school, Hogwarts Castle View offers a second take on the same subject, and Hogwarts Legacy Dark Castle draws on the video game with a darker, more dramatic treatment that suits a gaming setup. If you prefer heraldry to landscapes, the Hogwarts Crest design brings the school emblem to the center of the mat.

Gryffindor fans have a design of their own in Gryffindor Lion, a bold choice for anyone who would put on the Sorting Hat and hope for the house of the brave. It is the only house-specific design in the collection at the moment.

Journeys: Platform 9 3/4, the Hogwarts Express and Flying Vehicles

Every school year begins with a journey, and five designs celebrate the trip. Platform 9 3/4 captures the hidden platform at King's Cross, and the Hogwarts Express design follows the scarlet steam train toward the castle. The Flying Car design is a nod to the enchanted car of the second story, and the Flying Motorcycle design recalls the motorbike that brought baby Harry to Privet Drive. The Sea Voyage design takes the wizarding world out onto open water, a calmer option if you like seascapes.

Spells, Battles and the Dark Side

For more action, the Wand Spells design is built around spellcasting, and Quidditch Match brings the wizarding sport to your desk with all its speed. The darker pieces include Dementor Attack, inspired by the soul-chilling guards of Azkaban, the Dark Mark design with its ominous sign in the sky, and Final Battle, which recalls the climactic showdown at Hogwarts. These designs have the most drama and look especially good on a large gaming desk mat.

Symbols, Patterns and the Daily Prophet

Not everyone wants a full scene. The Iconic Symbols Pattern and Magical Symbols designs repeat familiar wizarding icons across the whole mat, which keeps the look tidy even when a keyboard covers part of it. The Glasses & Lightning Scar design reduces Harry to his two most recognizable features, a clever minimal choice for an office desk, and the Daily Prophet Collage design fills the surface with newspaper-style pages from the wizarding press.

Harry Potter Mouse Pad Size Guide

Each design is available in all of the sizes below. Choose based on what will sit on the mat, not only on your desk size.

A quick way to choose:

• S: mouse-only use and travel, for a laptop bag or school backpack.
• M and L: long mats for a mouse plus a small keyboard. L leaves a little more room to swipe.
• XL and XXL: a full keyboard and mouse. XXL is deeper and fits a notebook or textbook as well.
• XXXL and XXXXL: whole-desk coverage, perfect for the map designs and wide castle views.
• TCG Mat (14 x 24 in): sized for trading card games and deck building.
• Chair mats (80 x 120, 100 x 150, 120 x 180 cm): go under a desk chair on hard floors.

Measuring tip: measure your desk depth and width before ordering and leave a few centimeters of margin, so the stitched edge rests flat instead of hanging over the front.

Surface and Build

• Surface: micro-woven polyester cloth, smooth and optimized for all DPI and sensitivity settings. It works with laser and optical mice.
• Base: 3 mm natural rubber with a non-slip textured grip that stays in place.
• Edges: precision-stitched, anti-fray borders.
• Print: high-definition, fade-resistant print.

In everyday terms: if you play FPS games at low DPI and aim with your whole arm, the even cloth gives you a consistent glide, and an XL or larger mat gives you room for long sweeps without hitting the edge. At high DPI in MMOs, RPGs or strategy games, your movements are small, and the fine weave keeps tracking accurate. For school and office work, the mouse tracks smoothly, your wrist rests on soft fabric instead of a bare desk, and the rubber base stays put while you type.

Desk Setup Ideas

A Wizarding Study Desk

For homework or reading, a map design like the Marauder's Map or one of the Hogwarts Map artworks feels like a desk in the castle library. An XXL mat leaves space beside the keyboard for a notebook, and the warm parchment tones go well with a desk lamp and a stack of books. If your reading list moves on to Middle-earth, our The Lord of the Rings mouse pads keep the same storybook mood on the desk.

Gaming Setup

Dark, dramatic designs work best behind a gaming keyboard. Hogwarts Legacy Dark Castle, Dementor Attack or Final Battle give the desk a strong focal point, and an XXXL mat ties the whole setup together under one surface. For a change of pace after the Dark Arts, our Godzilla mouse pads swap spells for giant monster artwork.

Office Desks and Gifts

If you want the theme to stay understated at work, the Glasses & Lightning Scar, Iconic Symbols Pattern or Hogwarts Crest designs keep the look clean. A Harry Potter desk mat is also an easy gift for a fan: pick the Gryffindor Lion for a proud Gryffindor, or the Platform 9 3/4 design for anyone who still hopes their letter is on its way.

How to Care for Your Mouse Pad

• Wipe spots with a damp cloth.
• The mat can be washed, including a gentle machine cycle in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent.
• Air dry it flat.
• Do not use bleach, do not put it in a tumble dryer and do not iron the print.

Production and Shipping

Every mat is made to order. Production takes 1 to 3 business days, shipping takes 2 to 5 business days, and you receive tracking by email once your order has shipped. For questions about returns, please see our returns policy.
