Yes. The Zero Two mouse pads have a smooth surface with even glide resistance that delivers accurate tracking at any DPI or sensor sensitivity you play at. Whether you make fast flicks or fine micro-adjustments, your Zero Two pad gives consistent performance with any mouse.

Your Zero Two mouse pad is easy to care for: just wipe the surface with a damp cloth to remove dust and skin oils. The non-slip rubber base and neatly stitched edges keep your Zero Two pad in shape for a long time and stop it from sliding around on the desk.

About This Collection

Zero Two Mouse Pads

A Zero Two mouse pad puts the pink-haired, red-horned pilot from Darling in the Franxx right where your hand rests, with five original fan-inspired designs that range from cherry blossom scenes to a nod to Squad 13. Each pad is made to order in the size you pick, from a small mouse pad for a laptop to a full desk mat that covers the whole desk, with chair mats available for the floor. Every size has precision-stitched edges and a non-slip natural rubber base that keeps it from drifting while you play or work.

Zero Two is one of those characters who outgrew her own series. Fans who never finished the show still recognize the horns, the red uniform and the way she calls Hiro "darling." This collection is built entirely around her, so the choice is less about which character and more about which mood: soft and romantic, bold and crimson, or tied to the team she fought beside.

Zero Two Mouse Pad Designs in the Collection

All five designs are anime-style illustrations rather than screenshots, and each one leans into a different side of her story. Three are built around blossoms and color, one centers on her squad and one on a quiet romantic moment.

Blossom Designs: Oni Blossom and Crimson Blossom

Two designs pair Zero Two with flowers, a natural match for a character whose pink hair and red accents already look like a spring palette. Oni Blossom takes its name from the oni, the horned creatures of Japanese folklore. In the series, Zero Two's horns mark her as part klaxosaur, and the story keeps returning to the idea of a "beast" who wants to be seen as human. The design title brings those two ideas together: the monster from the picture book and the blossoms that soften her. Our Tokyo Ghoul mouse pads explore a similar half-human theme, if that darker side appeals to you.

Crimson Blossom shifts the balance toward red. It suits fans who think of Zero Two first as the confident pilot in her red flight suit, the one the other parasites whispered about. Red-dominant artwork tends to anchor a desk visually, so it pairs well with a black keyboard and dark accessories, and it stands out clearly on camera.

Sakura Bridge

Sakura Bridge is the most scenic of the five. As the name suggests, it combines cherry blossoms with a bridge setting, which gives the design more background to look at than a close character portrait. Scenic artwork like this benefits from extra width, since a long pad lets the setting stretch out on both sides of your keyboard. It is a calm, pastel-leaning choice that works on a bright desk, in a shared room or anywhere you want anime artwork that does not feel loud.

Squad Thirteen

The series follows the parasites of Squad 13, the team stationed at Plantation 13, and much of its heart comes from how the group changes once Zero Two joins them. The Squad Thirteen design is the pick for fans who remember the show as an ensemble story about friendship, rivalry and growing up, not only as a love story. Because team-focused artwork carries more detail, it shines on an XL or larger, where nothing important disappears under your keyboard. The series is often compared to another story about teenage pilots, which you will find in our Neon Genesis Evangelion mouse pads.

Rain Kiss

Rain Kiss is the romantic choice. Darling in the Franxx is, at its core, the story of Zero Two and Hiro, partners who pilot the Franxx Strelizia together and keep finding their way back to each other. The design title points straight at that bond. If you are buying a pad for a fan who cried through the final episodes, this is likely the one they will reach for, and it makes a thoughtful gift in any size.

Zero Two Mouse Pad Sizes

All five designs come in the same eleven sizes, so you can choose the artwork you love and then match the size to your desk.

Size Inches cm Best for
S 11.8 x 15.7 in 30 x 40 cm Mouse only, laptop setups, travel
TCG Mat 14 x 24 in 35.5 x 61 cm Card games and tabletop play
M 11.8 x 27.6 in 30 x 70 cm Mouse plus a small keyboard
L 11.8 x 31.5 in 30 x 80 cm Mouse plus a compact keyboard with extra swipe room
XL 15.7 x 35.4 in 40 x 90 cm Full-size keyboard and mouse
XXL 23.6 x 35.4 in 60 x 90 cm Full keyboard and mouse on a deeper desk
XXXL 19.7 x 39.4 in 50 x 100 cm Whole-desk coverage on 100 cm desks
XXXXL 23.6 x 47.2 in 60 x 120 cm Whole-desk coverage on wide desks
Chair Mat S 31.5 x 47.2 in 80 x 120 cm Under a desk chair in a compact space
Chair Mat M 39.4 x 59.1 in 100 x 150 cm Under a desk chair with room to roll back
Chair Mat L 47.2 x 70.9 in 120 x 180 cm Large desk areas and wide chair movement

A quick guide to choosing:

  • S for mouse-only use and travel: small enough for a laptop bag and plenty for a mouse at medium or high sensitivity.
  • M and L for a mouse plus a small keyboard: both are 30 cm deep and hold a compact or tenkeyless board. The L gives an extra 10 cm of width for wider mouse movements.
  • XL and XXL for a full keyboard and mouse: the XL fits a full-size keyboard with a number pad, and the XXL adds depth so your wrists rest on cloth.
  • XXXL and XXXXL for whole-desk coverage: keyboard, mouse, tablet and notebook all sit on the pad, and the artwork becomes the desk surface.
  • TCG Mat for card games: 14 x 24 inches is a practical play area for card games, and it doubles as a mouse pad the rest of the time.
  • Chair mats for hard floors: the 80 x 120, 100 x 150 and 120 x 180 cm mats sit under a desk chair on wood, laminate or tile.

Measuring tip: measure the depth and width of your desk first, then choose a size that leaves a few centimeters of margin on every side. If your monitor stand sits on the desk, measure only the free space in front of it.

Surface and Build

Every Zero Two design uses the same construction:

  • Surface: micro-woven polyester cloth, smooth and optimized for all DPI and sensitivity settings; works with laser and optical mice.
  • Base: 3 mm natural rubber with a non-slip textured grip that stays in place.
  • Edges: precision-stitched, anti-fray borders.
  • Print: high-definition, fade-resistant print.

In practice, your sensitivity settings decide how much space you need. If you play FPS games at a low DPI, you aim with your arm, and a wide L, XL or XXL keeps those long sweeps on the cloth. If you play MMOs or strategy games at a higher DPI, your movements are small, so you will care more about room for the keyboard and hotkeys than about mouse travel. The smooth weave gives consistent glide either way, and the textured rubber holds the pad steady during fast movements.

For work or study, a desk mat protects the desk surface, gives you a soft place to write notes and keeps everything on one tidy base. The high-definition print keeps fine details such as hair strands, horns and petals crisp.

Darling in the Franxx Desk Setup Ideas

A Pink and Red Anime Battlestation

Put Crimson Blossom or Oni Blossom in XXL or XXXL under a full-size keyboard, then add a white or pink keyboard and a warm desk lamp. The blossom colors carry the whole theme, so you need very little extra decor. For a full mecha desk, our Gundam mouse pads add more giant robot artwork.

A Cozy Dorm or Study Desk

Dorm desks are usually narrow, and an M or L in Sakura Bridge gives you a soft, calm surface for a laptop, mouse and notebook. The pastel tones keep the corner bright without feeling busy, and the pad rolls up easily for a trip home.

A Gift for a Zero Two Fan

Rain Kiss and Squad Thirteen are both thoughtful gifts for someone who loved the series. If you do not know their desk size, an XL fits most setups with a full keyboard, and an M is the safe choice for a laptop desk.

How to Care for Your Zero Two Mouse Pad

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these official Zero Two mouse pads?

No. These are original fan-inspired designs created by Padloom and printed on our own mouse pads and desk mats. They are not made by the studios or publishers behind Darling in the Franxx.

Which size should I choose for a laptop and a mouse?

An S is enough for a mouse beside a laptop. If you want the laptop on the pad too, choose an M or L, which are 30 cm deep and 70 or 80 cm wide.

Can the mouse pad be washed?

Yes. Wipe small spots with a damp cloth, or wash the whole pad, including on a gentle machine cycle with cold or lukewarm water and mild detergent. Air dry it flat and skip bleach, the dryer and the iron.

Does it work with my mouse?

Yes. The micro-woven polyester surface is optimized for all DPI and sensitivity settings and works with laser and optical mice, wired or wireless.

Which design is the calmest?

Sakura Bridge is the softest and most scenic of the five. Crimson Blossom and Oni Blossom are bolder, while Rain Kiss is the most romantic.
