My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

In Detail
Product Description
Rei Ayanami appears in stark black and gray on this Rei Ayanami EVA Unit 00 mouse pad, with small touches of red picking out her quiet, enigmatic presence. As a Rei Ayanami EVA Unit 00 desk mat, the Unit 00 designation, technical markings and layered text blocks stretch across your setup like an interface screen.
Her calm, distant expression is mirrored by a grayscale reflection of her face, giving the design a sense of duality. It is a fit for Evangelion fans who like monochrome setups, and for anyone after a Rei Ayanami mouse surface that feels more graphic than cute.
What sets the Rei Ayanami EVA Unit 00 mouse pad apart
Rei has always been one of anime's most debated characters: soft-spoken, hard to read and tied closely to the prototype Evangelion she pilots. The interface-style graphics give the piece an industrial edge, while the reflected face hints at the questions of identity that follow her through the story. Red is used sparingly, so every accent draws the eye back to Rei herself. Fans who want a Rei Ayanami desk mat that feels quiet rather than loud will find this one matches her personality.
Choosing a Rei Ayanami EVA Unit 00 desk mat size
- S (30×40 cm): keeps the monochrome look to a tidy mouse zone.
- M (30×70 cm): a slender strip that leaves room for a compact keyboard.
- XXL (60×90 cm): deep coverage for keyboard, mouse and a second device.
- Chair mats: S, M or L carry the black-and-gray palette onto hard floors under a desk chair.
Inside the black-and-gray mat
Micro-woven polyester cloth carries all those technical markings, and optical or laser mice glide over it evenly. Underneath, a 3 mm natural rubber layer keeps the Rei Ayanami EVA Unit 00 desk mat from shifting, and precision-stitched edges hold firm against fraying. Thanks to the fade-resistant HD print, the blacks stay deep and the red accents stay sharp.
Dust and smudges still deserve a damp cloth now and then. When Rei needs more than that, the washing machine is fine on a gentle program, with cold or lukewarm water and a mild detergent; dry the mat afterward by laying it flat in open air. Leave out bleach, never tumble dry it, and keep the iron away from Rei. Production of your Rei Ayanami EVA Unit 00 mouse pad starts with your order and wraps up in 1–3 business days; the parcel then needs 2–5 business days to arrive.
